People ask, “What *is* this?!” We tell them, “They are inserts, for your shoe or boot, or even your slippers!” They provide extra padding for the sole of your foot, as well as added warmth. And yes, they can be trimmed down to fit whatever shoe, boot or slipper you need them to fit in!
